Summary: of the components of my laptop I used the laptop with the cooler both with the fan on and off and then again with it just on my lap without the cooler at all This is what I found out Results My laptop fan stays off till the CPU reaches 58oC according to SpeedFan It comes on slow and then goes off when it has cooled the CPU down to 49oC While it is on it makes a horrible
