How to repair your laptop external fan/cooler?

>i bought a laptop cooler(targus) about 5 months ago then i just noticed its not working anymore i need to pull the plug so it would work.any help please??..and oh btw if you dont understand what i mean just keep your negative answer to yourself..because its wasting my time opening yahoo answers just to get ARE YOU STUPID or somthing like that..ok have a nice day

1. the best and only way is to buy another one trying to repair them is not worth the time price range 17-40 dollars i would recommend that belkin laptop cooler
