Laptop Heat

My laptop heats-up easily just in seconds after power on?

It heat-up to the extent that the heatsink can burn my skin even if my room temperature is very cold. My laptop model is ACER 5593WXMi. This problem showed up since few months after i bought it as brand new. Is there any feedback in this model? I've been using it for more than a year now in this condition, what is the best that i should do? Thanks!

1. the fan is probably faulty, I'd take it to a computer repair shop, let them have a look
